Refund Policy

At Rituelia Home, every order is prepared with care and intention. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ritueliahome.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ritueliahome.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, candles that have been burned or opened cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
